I assume a whole-bath is a full bathroom in the dorm room (toilet, sink, shower or bathtub). A half-bath is a toilet and sink, and no bath means you have to use a bathroom outside of the dorm room (shared with other students).

Half Bath = Use every other day
No bath = Use a lot of perfume

Whole bath should have a something to shower in, toilet, and sink in your room, half bath - toilet and sink in your room and you would have community showers. No bath - nothing in your room
