Hypnosis is quite real. You can trace its use back through Franz Mesmer who first wrote on the subject in thr late seventeen hundreds. Then you can follow its history via anecdotal evidence back to Ancient Egypt and beyond.
Those that don't believe in or accept hypnotism cannot be hypnotized without the use of drugs. The person being hypnotized must want to be hypnotized , and cooperate with the hypnotist.

All I know is that my co-worker, who was a smoker for 30+ years, went through a hypnosis program at Oakwood Hospital over two years ago and hasn't had a cigarette since. Some people say hypnosis is a form of brainwashing, but hey, if you're "brainwashing" yourself to stop harmful behavior or to start good behaviors like eating better and exercising regularly, isn't that a good thing?

I can't speak for everyone but I can honestly say that I have been hypnotized myself. When I was younger we had a hypnotist come and do a show. I was one of his subjects. The first time, I fell into a deep sleep and don't remember anything but saw everything on video later. The second time, nothing happened. There are people who will always shoot its validity down along with psychics and so forth. But, that is just because they do not believe in it. To each their own. But, keep in mind that we only use 10% of our brains. What would happen if others were able to tap into more? The mind is the most powerful tool we have!

Hypnosis is real but not like on t.v. you cannot be talked into acting like a chicken or anything. what does happen, if you are open and with someone clinically trained, is that you will be taken into an extremely relaxed state and will be open to suggestion more so than in an awake state. it can be very good if done correctly.

uncover a youtube video approximately the field, im definite you'll uncover your solutions :) I'm no longer particularly definite why you are so irritated approximately this. I suppose you're of healthful weight, so why care approximately what heavy persons believe or believe? You don't seem to be on my own to your condemnation of fats persons however I believe you're a work of **** to mention what you've gotten approximately it. As for me, I have approximately 30 kilos to lose. I'm no longer completely satisfied with my mirrored image within the replicate. I agree, there are offerings to be made approximately what I devour, and if they are going to aid me drop some weight, or no longer. I believe that for persons who're morbidly overweight, they're so unsettled via persons such as you who already hate them such a lot, that to "hassle" wasting 50 kilos and feature it no longer even appear obvious to any person else...it's discouraging. Also, hundreds of thousands of persons use meals as a drug. They are hooked on the experience of calm and numbness they get once they devour what they revel in.
