I know what you mean. Is it possible that your breasts may have grown in the past 2 years? In your teens they are still growing so you may need a new bra fitting from when you were 13. If you're sure its the right cup size you may be looking at the wrong style - e.g. demi cup vs full cup. The full cups will cover your whole breast while demi cup bras cut diagonally across and if you are well endowed they may bubble up. Try wearing sports bras if your really worried about sagging, they make them in all sorts of styles and the material is strong enough to hold them up.

Hi,
I'm not sure if your main issue is the "overflowing" or the sagging. If your breasts are actually overflowing out of the cup, then you do not have the correct cup size! (Especially if you are using your size from two years ago!) Many women do not conform to the standard bra sizing rules. Supposedly, you measure tightly directly under your breast and add 4 (or 5) to get the band size. Then, you measure around the fullest part of the breasts. The difference between the full measurement and the band determines the cup size. HOWEVER, all women are different, and this is a cookie cutter idea that doesn't work for every woman- especially a woman who doesn't have a V shaped back that widens from the waist up. For instance, my size by that formula comes out to be an A, but with that size, my breasts are tearing out of the cup because I am actually a C cup. There are alternate ways to measure your bra size. For instance, for band size, you can measure tightly above the breasts and NOT add the 4-5 or you can measure below and above then average the numbers together. To get your actual cup size, you can take a flexible tape measure and measure your larger breast (usually the right) from one side to the other.
If your issue is just sagging, a stretchy cup is NOT a good idea. You may want to try a bra that offers full breast coverage and is shaped with a strong fabric (like Playtex Cross Your Heart Lift and Shape). With a demi or stretchy bra, you are just going to sag more.
As for losing weight, that probably wont help sagging. If anything, it may seem to make it worse. A lot of woman who lose large amounts of weight have breast lifts to remove extra skin and sagging. On the other hand, exercising and keeping your fat at a healthy level will prevent further, future sagging, so it is definitely a good idea to stay fit and firm.
Exercises can't make your breasts bigger, but some can help build muscle under the breasts that can create better support. Look for movements that will work your pectoral muscles.

For starters, if you were fitted two years ago and you are 15, you are most certainly wearing a larger cup size now. You really should go to a high end lingerie department like Nordstrom's or Bloomy's and have them measure you again. You don't have to end up buying anything from them. Just try some on and say no thanks. As for the sag issue, it is mostly hereditary, but if you're larger busted then you need an underwire support for sure and a cup design that isn't too skimpy on the sides towards your arm pits. You should still be able to wear something a little low cut in the front though. I wear a D cup and I find, that unlike my smaller breasted friends, I have to try on at least 15 or 20 bras before I find one that fits me well. Happy bra hunting.

I have seen that there are different ways of measuring.......Some measure under your bust, around the middle of your bust and then around the top. Other's don't. It's very confusing! They measured me at Macy's not to long ago, and told me that I wear a 36x. I told the lady that this doesn't sound right, I am usually a 32......of course it didn't fit........It was way too big! To get a really good measurement I would find a lingerie store and have them measure me. That's what I did, because my cup size is just not available in the department stores. Just don't let them pressure you into buying. I fell for that and later was not happy with the purchases, because the color, etc. was someting I would not have picked. There are a few great online companies with good advice.......Maybe you can get more info from them! Hope this helps.

Honey, it's the wrong cup size. As you grow and your weight goes up and down, your cup size will change. Also, the brand of bra makes a difference. Get them measured again -a well-fitting flattering bra can work wonders!

You need to get a bra with underwire and thicker shoulder strap for support. Always try on the bra before buying it. Losing weight? you're not gonna have sagging problems at all.

Don't buy for the size it says on the tag as they vary like crazy. Just try a bunch on and go for good fit and feel. I like the Bali brand.

Women should get fitted for bras every 6 months. Weight and age will cause the breast size to flucuate.

if you were fitted two years ago, you are not wearing the right size now.
your breasts grow right along with you, and you need to refit every six months or so during your teenage years.
Bali makes very good bras, you should look into that brand.
