My accuracy has greatly improved but I still have trouble getting the ball all the way back to first base from the outfield.

Grip the softball with three fingers and not two with the thumb directly underneath and not to the side, and do not grip hard with your fingers. Come straight overhand when throwing the ball or it will tail back to the right if you throw right handed, or to the left if you throw left handed, and it will go further. A softball is much more sensitive to rotation, because of it's size, than a hardball. Good luck!!

when you warm up...throw alot more from father distances...which they call long tossing....it will help you arm get alot stronger
