They left her alone unattended which resulted in Maddie been taken from them they then turn the whole situation into a money making machine.

In regards to the whole affair they act like minor celebs, why would they put a diary on the maddy page? why would we want to know about maddies parents minute to minute existence? why is Maddies Mum going on daily runs when her daughters missing? Why have the media made so much of this and hardly a mention of the girl that went missing from Newcastle. The whole affiar stinks of some kind of " reality obduction " tv programme.

I agree with you......this whole thing beggers belief.....How much for a child ? This is turning into a freak circus.....just tell me though when maddie is found what will happen to all this money ? Will it go into some trust for the children? or will it be donated to a fund to help all the other missing children in the world? Who will regulate all this ? The McCanns family ?

You are right,The McCanns are acting like celebs, They left little Maddie and the Twins home alone in a strange country and house, it is cruelty and neglect, why are the public and the media giving all this obscene amount of money, the McCanns don't need any money they are both Doctors and earn a good wage, I don't know why Maddie's mother is running daily and doing a diary on the Maddy page,we don't want to know, they are nobodies, instead, she should be helping to search for the baby she left all alone in a strange bed, while she was out eating & drinking in a tapas bar with her husband,
I have not seen these parents shed a tear for Maddie, every picture in all the papers and on the news, they are always smiling, if my child was missing, I would be un-controllable and would be a mess,I wouldn't be smiling thats for sure,
When Ben went missing in Greece about
10-12 years ago, it was reported, nothing like this circus, his parents were brokenhearted, he has never been found ,and the girl missing in Newcastle, you never hear about her and there's no collection for her,
I hope that Maddie is found safe and well, and that her parents are brought to Justice and social services will be involved, and the money that has been collected given to charity.
These so called parents did not Protect Maddie in her hour of need, they just neglected her, poor baby, leaving her all alone, and this may not of been the first time these poor children had been left all alone to fend for for themselves, the parents have never mentioned why they left them alone, and never used the baby sitting service, now they take the twins every day to the crech, but its really to late to start caring, I am so angry with the McCanns they are educated people, and should have known better,

Yes, it has turned into a circus. The abductors must have monitored the movements of the McCaans prior to the night in question, meaning that these kids had been left alone before. But wait very soon now the Police will wrap up this case, they have the suspects, but where is the child?Leaving these kids alone is not a mistake it is irresponsible, and could be that action will be taken against them for their actions. The Media interest is purely to report a human story line that will touch at peoples emotions, they have done that and now will take away their sky dishes and move elswhere .The story has no more punch left in it.The McCanns have a lot to answer for.I just hope that maddie is safe wherever she is.

I agree with everything you say. Pity they can't put as much time an effort into actually looking for their daughter as they do organising "Team McCann" and all it's fund raising, sorry, all it's funds going into their Limited Company.
It's a disgrace and I cannot understand why no one is commenting on this in the media, nor, any governing body actually overseeing the funds that were supposed to be raised initially as a REWARD, not to keep the McCann family and all it's hangers' on in luxury.

The publicity is disproportionate but you can't blame the parents. If they think more publicity will even slightly raise the chances of them getting their daughter back they are right to seek it.
It is the media who should be blamed. Having shipped highly paid teams to Portugal they have to earn their money by blowing up the story. All the criticism of the Portuguese police is only sour grapes by the media that they weren't being told enough to fill their reports.

I agree 100%

It's sick-kids go missing all the time. The media only care cos this 1 is cute, young, white and her parents are doctors.

Doctors that were thick enough to leave 3 pre-school kids alone in an apartment and didn't lock the doors!Their other kids should be put in care and they should be jailed.

This is how I see it .

This is the McCanns 15 minutes of fame at the possible expense of a human life , A human life that is their daughters .

Enjoy your 15 minutes you cold hearted b*****ds (that was a bit harsh but then so is whats happening)

First impressions last Mr & Mrs McCann and although you might have the support of some of the british public I can guarentee you there are plenty of others who are disgusted with the way you have held yourself

I would love for your dear little daughter to be found for her sake not for yours .

Remember what goes around comes around

Enjoy your holiday and your lifes

But who has the rights to this reality show?
My guess is its a joint venture between Sky and Team Mccann.
Kate and Gerry will probably get a BAFTA for this "groundbreaking" docudrama.

They are the Gruesome Twosome. We don't like their money making activities and we are not interested in their pathetic diary. We would just like the child to be found, preferably alive.

No she is not the only one, far from it.
The child could have got lost in the statistics, I can understand why they don't want that to happen.
But you can be sure the media are chasing them for stories, and they are trying to use it to find their daughter.
