If you have a UK licence and have been banned in the UK your licence is no longer valid - so will not be accepted by any other country.

However, if you have a licence from another country, the UK authorities can only ban you from driving in the UK - they cannot invalidate the foreign licence.

If you do not have a licence from another country, you could apply for a test in another country and get their licence that way, but you would still be banned from driving in the UK.

To drive in the US as a UK licence holder without having passed a US driving test, you would need to present an international driving licence. Having been banned from driving, you would be unable to obtain one.

To drive in any country, you must have the relevant driving licence/permit. If you were to move to the US and you applied for and received their authorisation by completing the tests, theoretically you can drive quite legally. This applies also to UK drivers moving to the Republic of Ireland and completing the Irish driving test.

they will ask you if you are banned from driving in any other countries. if you say yes the can refuse you a licence if you say no and they find out it could result in much heavier penalties.

so it is down to your own judgement
