Don't let others get the better of you. You have lots of people that like you on here, and you are a friend to many. Turn to your friends and ignore the others.

I am sorry that you have received an uncalled for rude reception. But the best way to overcome these people is not to let them defeat you but turn the tables on them .I see by your avatar that you might be the learned type. I would use some of the learning you received and start putting these people in their places. I think a lesson here is needed to be taught but if you quit then they have won and that should be the last thing you would want to see happening . I hope this has been helpful in some way for you and the real you can come out and shine and not be buried under this depression and anxiousness that I believe has clouded a nice intelligent person's outlook on life.

Why let something bother you! Take each answer good or bad with the thought it's only an answer from a stranger. These people are just fans, helping you to regain trust in your judgements on ones life or helping you to fall out of trust of your ability to be that strong, sensitive person you really are!
I get down too but sure not enough to quit or go mental, WHY?
Because they are only the same as you or I, no better and certainly not in any way, shape or foam qualified to assess ones life!
Just remember that and you will stay in your right frame of mind.
Don't quit on others behalf or likings, quit only if feel you are not getting anything out of this site, or benefiting to you or others.
Only you alone can answer that my dear. Just smile and don't ever feel the need to think different.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts in hope we can read your judgement call and all become aware of what some others might be causing to other members.
Cheer up hon.

I am sorry people are giving you rude answers. You know we have to take the good with the bad sometime. There are many very caring people out here who care about you.
Do you think you are maybe a little sensitive to it right now because you are depressed? I know I get that way. Sometimes things will just roll off me but when I am really having trouble fighting depression cruelty bothers me a lot more.
DON'T QUIT YA. Don't let the mean people win.

NO, don't quit. You just have to learn to filter. Some are just trolls and some are real, caring concern people.
You shouldn't put too much emphasis on the negative. Let is slide, some people thrive on it, and what you do is feed their needs. Just ignore it. Take the good and discard the bad.
I've already been called filthy pig for not siding with a hater, but I don't let that bother me at all, because that just to show how much ignorance is out there, and tolerance is a virtue, one that I try every day to keep ; )

You gotta let that stuff roll of your back :) Seriously...have a sense of humor and laugh it off, you should not be concerned with some faceless person that you'll probably never meet in your life! I'm not sure what other types of questions you ask, but maybe you are asking very personal questions and that is why you are getting upset with rude responses so perhaps keep your questions light and fun. Cheer up!

Well, only 4 out of 32 respondents here are being nasty. That is a GOOD sign. I hope that with these ratios, you decide it is worth it to stay. You have made so much headway and you are so near the 7th level. Don't let these crude and vulgar people get to you. More of us like you than not.

No don't leave. I have felt the same way as well. But you will be letting the haters win and disappointing your friends on here. Just if you don't feel like dealing with people don't ask questions unless you are totally up for everything that it entails which means the bad answers, insults as well as good answers. Just answer your friends questions. And when you're good and ready and feel in the mood for it then ask questions. But don't leave.

If you go to a mental hospital, please don't let it be over insults on the internet. The internet makes everyone brave and people think it's fun to be mean because if they point something out in someone else then everyone will see that and not see it in the person pointing out the mistake that they see in that one person that they are pointing out.

Are you serious? This is not that deep on here. People have opinions, people may or may not like you, that's a part of life. Some people are just being funny and some people may be being mean. You shoudn't let stuff like that affect you so deeply.
