Attacks would still continue, although not as frequent. Terrorists wouldn't be as motivated to attack if there was no U.S. presence there. Corruption would flourish as the Iraqi leaders and government couldn't function properly without oversight.

Regardless if we stay or leave, Iraq will be a messed up place for decades to come thanks to our invasion and occupation. I don't think Iraq can start from a blank slate because there are too many issues for turmoil over there. Our troops did their jobs and no more need to die. If Iraq falls into deeper chaos, a UN peacekeeping force should come in so that it's not all on us, and the peacekeepers have more credibility as a global force. Iraqis want us out, so maybe we should leave and see what happens.

Bush created the potential for an Iraq/Iran alliance through invading Iraq. The Shiite-ruled government is showing indications of cooperation with Iran. Bush additionally unfolded Iraq to the terrorists. The Iraqis will might desire to attend to the indoors terrorist subject, which they are able to tackle extra right now because of the fact they are able to extra fairly differentiate between the terrorists and the close by inhabitants. The Iranian subject, regrettably, is extra troublesome yet our final there is not any longer probable addressing it. This mess is going to might desire to be wiped sparkling up diplomatically.

Probably the same thing that's going on now. They'll keep killing each other for decades to come. Why should we hang out there the entire time?

I don't care about the Iraqi people. Many will die, not my problem. Let the UN handle it.

Iraq is FOOBAR thanks to Dictator Dumbya and nothing US troops can do to change that because they have no credibility as "liberators".
