Would you like to have another country on your northern border? How about Mexico 2, or maybe Venezuela?

I didn't know we did! I hope we are very respectful of our northern neighbors. Canada is a lovely place with beautiful people, and their population growth isn't out of control like other countries.

Some younger people do as a joke, I don't know when or how it started, but for some reason these kids keep it going, not really believing it probably.
But there are a few ******* who really believe that America is the best country in the world, and that everyone is below them. Because that's what they were taught, by uneducated people who don't know any better. When you ask them to explain why this is, they just go on about being "free". When in reality there are many countries that are have much more freedom them the USA
Most of the Americans I know do think Canada is awesome. The intelligent ones anyway. I mean, free health care, relaxed drug laws, cleaner streets, safer cities, bilingualism! Who wouldn't like those things?

These who make fun of Canada are the same who make fun of EVERYONE.

Anyways, to clear things up, Canadians make fun of America so it's not like Canada is so innocent haha. In fact, I'd say MORE Canadians hate America compared to Americans hating Canada. The ones who insult Canada are just ignorant and are either teens or are just jealous, to be honest.

However, a lot of the Canadians actually do hate America haha. Actually, most of the world isn't too fond of America.. so I don't blame Americans for being defense/against the world.

No, we are very appreciative of our self sustaining and responsible clean northern friends.
However ... the fact that most Americans like to poke fun at the French culture doesn't really help you much....seeing as you are closer in ideology and culture to them than you are to us .
That said , I have been to Canada and I think it is a fantastic country and I have nothing bad to say about it personally. I would say we have a little too much going on in our corner to be pointing fingers to the North .

I can't speak for anybody else, but a couple of years ago, I was at a conference up in PEI. The people were very friendly. On the way home, we had an unexpected layover in Toronto and ended up spending the night in a hotel. Both at the hotel and at the restaurant, the people were really rude to us and talked down to us like we didn't know anything. We were told that they didn't like Americans.

Actually, i've been to a couple of cities in Canada and to be honest, they are cool friendly people. The clubs were bangin' and plus their money is cool lookin' too. Man, i had fun everytime i went to Canada, they acted better than alot of americans do. I give Canada two thumbs up homey.

Americans really KNOW, deep down, at their core, that Canada is a better country. They're just lying to cover it up and try to convince themselves otherwise.

Most sane, reasonable Americans don't.

I guess you're think about those blindly patriotic chicken-hawks who think that America is the only country in the world where people do NOT eat bugs for dinner and sleep on the floor.
