A=pi r² but since d=2r A=pi (d/2)² = pi/4 d² = 153.94

so the answer is (4)

The answer is 154 feet since a radius of a circle is given by half the diameter.[so the radius is 14 divided by 2=7feet]
and the area of a circle is[22/7 multiplied by two times the radius[ie 7multiplied by 7] so it is 22/7 by 49 which is 154 feet.

Since the diameter is 14 ft, the radius is 7 ft. The area of the circle is pi(r^2), so it's 49 (3.14), yielding approx 154 ft.

Area of a circle is pie x radius squared

radius = diameter/2 or 7
pie = 3.1416
so 7 x 7 x 3.1416 = 153.93

answer is: NUMBER 4, 154 feet

Area = pi times radius squared.

so, the area is 3.14 (7) (7) = 153.86

or approximately 154 square feet

The formula is
PI*r*r
so
3.1415*7*7 (diameter= 14/ radius=14/2 = 7)
=153.9=154

To find area of a circle, one squares the radius of the circle and multiplies by 3.14...to approximate, one would multiply by 3...so, 7 (half the diameter) squared is 49, and that times 3 is about 150...since you would be multiplying by a little more than 3 (3.14), then your answer would be a little more than 150...so, 154...

Area = Pi*r^2

so... 3*7^2 = 3*49 around 150, so I'd go with (4), but it's square feet...

Open your math book to the section on pi. You'll find out how to calculate it exactly.

Then check the section on estimating. It's not hard, so you should learn to do it yourself, rather than try to get easy cheap answers from someone on the internet.

Besides - they might give you wrong answers. If you don't know what the right answer is, you WILL be cheated in life. Guaranteed.
