Yes unfortunatley your nose and ears continue to grow but only very, very slowly. If you look at your baby photos and then onwards say when your 4 and so on you can see how much your nose has changed. As for ears, have you every not wondered why some old people have REALLY big ears! Its something to do with that your nose and ears are made of cartalidge which keeps on growing through your life time, sorry!

LOL!! Reverse Plastic surgery, what a concept! Yes, it does indeed look like that, but the simple fact of the matter is that most showbiz pictures are touched up. The first picture of him looks extremely touched up, and the second one of the guy... looks genuine enough.
Poor guy, his nose HAS grown quite a bit... or so it would seem. I think it's a simple case of both age-related growing and not being touched up the way the first picture was.

It's true but some things shrink and some things go on walkabout and rearrange them selves around the body [hair]

His fingers have got fatter and so to pick his nose his cavaties have had to expand to accommodate.
