Your SAT scores are very good (I'm assuming that it is out of 1600) and your GPA is also good -- just not good enough for schools at the very top. If your GPA is raw and you have a higher weighted GPA from taking lots of AP classes -- then you might do better than I think. If you are not signed up for AP classes in the Fall -- you should sign up. Doing well in them will increase your chances at the schools where I say it is unlikely that you will get in.
Out of these schools, UGA, Penn State, Clemson and Auburn are your best bets. None of these are sure things -- but I think you have a good shot.
Duke, Emory Berkeley, Michigan, Notre Dame and UCLA are unlkely to highly unlikely. A different UC school might be a possibility -- and would be more likely if you are a California resident. Michigan is a possibility if you are a Michigan resident -- and unlikely if you are not.
You might have better luck at a good liberal arts college or large university just below the very top. You should apply to one or two of the better schools on this list because there is a chance you can get in. Just make sure you have some schools where you will probably get in.
Princeton Review has a tool where you can enter information about your background and interests. It then spits out a list of schools that are appropriate for you. I've included the link below.
Don't be discouraged by my comments -- I think you will get into some very good schools.

OK...Don't listen to anyone who is questioning your GPA and SAT scores...They are both very good...You are at the top 10% for SAT scores...and a 3.3 GPA is very good...It's an A average, or damn near close to those who obviously have no clue of the GPA scale...You will get in to all of the public schools on the list, with a possible exception of UC Berkeley, which is one of the toughest public schools to get into...definitely the toughest in California...You might be on the borderline with some of the private schools, such as Duke and Notre Dame, just because they are extremely tough, and have lots of competion for admission...Other than Berkeley, Duke, and Notre Dame, you are likely to get in to the rest of the schools...

I think you have a chance to get into all. However, you'll really need to have a bit of luck on your side.
3.3 is a weak-ish GPA, 1370 isn't something that will make up, but at the same time, it won't lose the battle for you. If you have a national tennis ranking (which is decent), then that may be helpful. Try to get a coach to support your application as that will carry a lot of weight.
In all honesty, you will be hard pressed for Berkeley, Duke and UM:Ann Arbor. They're all good schools. Good luck - hope you get into.
