Yes in a good way (by doing something nice) and in a bad way (by really hurting someone's feelings). I'm here to tell ya, the good way was much better.

Yes. I have made my little boys cry on occasion. A a parent, handing out punishment is a tough job. If I want them to grow into responsible adults they need to understand that all of their choices will not end with a cookie and a hug. Telling your little boy that he can't have his cars for the rest of the day because he hit his brother is not easy; but he has to understand there are repercussions for his actions. When he is older a police officer won't fall for his pitiful tears.

sure daily! When I tell my kids no when they wanna do something that they can't for some reason. Then they say their usual comback; "You're sooo mean!" ha!ha! I'm gonna get a shirt made for myself with that say's; "I'm so mean!" :)
