Give myself a break. No, I really don't I spend too much time on Yahoo answers instead of doing what needs to be done so I dont deserve the break I want.

I certainly do deserve to be nice to myself. I have been running myself ragged, and a day to completely relax would be soooo nice. What would I do, listen to some soothing music and calm my inner self, maybe go to the lake and just sit and let the breeze touch my face and the sound of the waves washing on shore would sooth my soul. Well you did it, just thinking of those things have calmed me. Thank you. Have a nice day.

The nicest thing you can do for you is eat healthy & and exercise (which can relieve a lot of stress).
& Just have fun and don't worry about what other people think.
