May be Vienegar helps. But applying Honey heals wounds on the skin. For a Heart Wound you need to go for a risky Whiskey.

Vinegar is good for minor insect bites , If used on open wounds would sting a lot, Best treat minor cuts with antiseptic & keep covered . Bad cuts require medical help PS in the old days the wound was covered with cobwebs, ugh not recommended

Not that i am aware of although it would be an antiseptic. However if you put it on a wound it would probably burn.

try some lavender essential oil on a cut or graze as that is a good healer.
