I am not religious, but I would only think differently of someone religious if they looked down on my non-religious beliefs or tried to force me into a religion.

No. I've always been curious about other religions, and enjoy hearing about the different beliefs, not for arguments sake, just to broaden my knowledge about other religions or persons with a lack of religious beliefs.

Funny you should ask this...I'm not religious either, and when I hear of people talking about their beliefs, it makes me wonder how or why one person's beliefs would be "correct" or "the right one". A lot of our laws are based on the Catholic religion...what about other religions? Why do people get so angry when questions are brought up?
BUT...I do not judge a person by their beliefs, I judge them on how they treat other people.

Most my family is completely divided on the religion subject, half christian - half atheist like me, but we get along perfectly fine. Growing up this way has also allowed us to get along with just about anybody of any religion or political background. Also my fiance is agnostic which is different then being atheist but we get along fine.

Ideally no. But in reality some religions have some really iter-clashing views about some things and if I belonged to one of them then maybe I would think differently.

Yes. I am Agnostic and I dont think I could date anyone is Christian or anything really. I get along better with people of no religion.

No. I have several friends of different religious beliefs. I respect theirs and they respect mine.

No...I'm friends with people of all types, but I do feel strongly of my own beliefs...however, I would never force them on anyone nor would I not be friends with someone because they don't share them.

I'm Lutheran and my mom is Catholic. Similar in 98% of things, yet she picks fights with me CONSTANTLY over it. Religion is a poison if you let it be. For the rest of us who don't let it ruin our relationships, it is a blessing.
