Should they have applied for citizenship like anyone else coming from any other country? Is it fair that they took the land through terrorism from the original inhabitants? Ariel Sharon blew up bridges to prevent the British army from defending and aiding the Palestinians. Now the Israeli army keeps Palestinian people in cages while Israeli women curse at them in Arabic and spit on them. Have we Jews learned nothing from our own history of persecution that we turn right around and abuse other people? Have you seen Munich? Golda Meier sanctioned violent acts, and the movie was made Spielberg, so it isn't biased against Jews, it is a truthful exposure of Jewish guilt.

I couldn't agree with you more. The injustices served upon the Palestinians cannot be justified from any humane or ethical standpoint and are completely inexcusable. I have always thought the Jewish "invasion" of Palestine, for that was exactly what it was, should never have been allowed by any nation or assembly of nations. They, the Jews, should have been assimilated into whatever country they as individuals chose to inhabit instead of stealing an entire country from the Palestinians who already lived there. This transplanting process of the Jews into their new "promised land" was done under the auspices of taking pity on the Jews for having suffered the Holocaust. Regardless of the horrors of the Holocaust the Israeli government has no right to carry out all the barbaric acts against the Palestinian people. This is racist bigotry and inexcusable in all respects.

Ummm....your history is FAR from accurate.....

It was not the Jews that took Palestine and made it into Israel....it was Britain and the UN. They are the ones that granted the land.....now certainly a (good) argument could be made that they should not have done this. I happen to agree....it was a colossal mistake. Certainly, guilt for WWII played into this and the idea that the Jews should have a homeland.....but why they decided that the homeland should be the single most important strip of land on the planet to at least 3 religions is absolutely beyond me.....

But...in reading your question, it is clear that it is not a sincere question....just bigoted propaganda.......

Luckily for all of us....bigots dont count.

It is not quite fair to say that the Jews took Palestine. They did make it into Israel. I remember being amazed when it happened, almost like God was in control of history. Neither you not I are qualified to make a judgement on the wisdom of that. It is there now, and the problem is how to go forward.
It is obvious that you are either a victim of propaganda or a spreader of it. You would be a more effective advocate for your position if you would stick strictly to the truth.

"original inhabitants"?

The Jews were there before the Arabs were. They founded Jerusalem thousands of years ago and have always inhabited that area. They're a lot more "original" than the insanely violent "palestinians" (there has never been a country called palestine).

I dont think it ever should have been made into Israel , but it has now and the best solution is now for a fully independant Palestinian state in the West Bank (and encorporating Gaza as an exclave) to exist alongside the state of Israel.

There was never a Palestine and the Jews DID NOT make anything into Isreal. Isreal was made
a state or country by a United Nations Mandate in 1948. Do a yahoo search or Google Search on this subject!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The palestinians can't govern them selves because they seem to enjoy killing each other. Who came first the Hebrew or the Arab. The Hebrew has demonstrated the ability to govern. Why not the Arab?

i think of your information make a case for the Jews last in ISRAEL by way of themselves. rather, many Jews won't be able to bypass decrease back. some international places are secure, authentic; even with the undeniable fact that, there are Jews who lost their lives after the Holocaust through fact they went decrease back and tried to rebuild their lives. the place did they bypass decrease back? Oh, precise, Poland, a rustic who has yet to renowned the actuality some particular bloodbath of Jews. And, of course, approximately 0.5 of Israel's Jewish inhabitants isn't able to return decrease back to their properties under probability of death, in fact. previous to this mass exodus, many of the international places had regulations against the Jews. i've got study in one e book how in Yemen one Jew could no longer journey a camel, lest he be taller than a Muslim, and in Jordan it became unlawful for a Jew to even stay there. you are able to argue that there is a inhabitants in Iran residing extremely nicely, and that they are; even with the undeniable fact that, what might ensue to the Iranian Jews in Israel who presently exceed the inhabitants in Iran in the event that they return to Iran? no longer something solid, as quickly as we see and hear "death to the Jew" chants. And, what approximately Libya, who went from 3% to 0%? additionally, what approximately restoring their wealth and possessions? And, do you think of that once residing in a sought after u . s . like Israel, they are in a position to downgrade themselves? they don't seem to be going to get the wonderful jobs even with being large-experienced, ignoring the inevitable probability of death and humiliation that forestalls them from returning. seem at Yemen precise now: The Jewish inhabitants is like 2 hundred, and is focused in this one area that the government, i've got confidence, has to maintain watch over. And, i've got confidence that the anti-Zionist Jewish team Nerutei Karta is protecting them there, to coach that Jews "can stay in the Arab international". In some places, sure; yet, what they do is sickening. in short, i understand countless Jews who're terrified to return to the lands they or their kinfolk fled in terror and worry of antisemitism and death. they might gladly supply this daughter of Lebanese immigrants a bite of their innovations.

You think the British should still administer it? Long after every other post-Ottoman European 'Mandate' has ended? Or do you pine for the glory days of Turkish rule?

Nice bunch of propaganda you've got there.

Sorry to tell you, there is no such thing as a Palestinian. there never has been a Nation called "Palestine", just a region of the world.

Prior to the war of 1948, all the "Stinnies" as i call them were citizens of Trans-Jordan, who, by the way, have refused to accept their citizens back into their country (present day Jordan)

rather, they leave them sitting in camps so they can use them for propaganda purposes. it seems to be working, as you have fallen for it hook, line and sinker.

Now, instead of Propaganda, let me give you some FACTS about Israel and Jerusalem in particular:

1. Israel became a state in 1312 B.C., two millennia before Islam;

2. Arab refugees from Israel began calling themselves "Palestinians" in 1967, two decades after (modern) Israeli statehood; there is no such thing as a “Palestinian”, there has never been a nation and/or state named Palestine.

3. After conquering the land in 1272 B.C., Jews rules it for a thousand years and maintained a continuous presence there for 3,300 years;

4. The only Arab rule following conquest in 633 A.D. lasted just 22 years;

5. For over 3,300 years, Jerusalem was the Jewish capital. It was never the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. Even under Jordanian rule, (east) Jerusalem was not made the capital, and no Arab leader came to visit it;

6. Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in the bible, but not once is it mentioned in the Koran.

7. King David founded Jerusalem; Mohammad never set foot in it;

8. Jews pray facing Jerusalem; Muslims face Mecca. if they are between the two cities, Muslims pray facing Mecca, with their backs to Jerusalem.

9. In 1948 Arab leaders urged their people to leave, promising to cleanse the land of Jewish presence. 68% of them fled without ever setting eyes on an Israeli soldier.

10. Virtually the entire Jewish population of Muslim countries had to flee as the result of violence and pogroms;

11. Some 630,000 Arabs left Israel in 1948, while close to a million Jews were forced to leave the Muslim countries;

12. In spite of the vast territories at their disposal, Arab refugees were deliberately prevented from assimilating into their host countries. Of 100 million refugees following World War 2, they are the only group to have never integrated with their coreligionists. Most of the Jewish refugees from Europe and Arab lands were settled in Israel, a country no larger than New Jersey;

13. There are 22 Muslim countries, not counting so-called Palestine. There is only one Jewish state. Arabs started all five wars against Israel and lost every single one of them;

14. Fatah and Hamas constitutions still call for the destruction of Israel. Israel ceded most of the West Bank and all of Gaza t the Palestinian Authority, and even provided it with arms;

15. During the Jordanian occupation, Jewish holy sites were vandalized and were off limits to Jews. Under Israeli rule, all Muslim and Christian holy sites are accessible to all faiths;

16. Out of 175 United Nations Security Council resolutions up to 1990, 97 were against Israel; Out of 690 general Assembly resolutions, 429 were against Israel;

17. The U.N. was silent when the Jordanians destroyed 58 synagogues in the old city of Jerusalem. It remained silent while Jordan systematically desecrated the ancient Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives, and it remained silent when Jordan enforced apartheid laws preventing jews from accessing the Temple Mount and Western Wall.
