I'm going to assume you mean you have a single hard drive that has been partitioned into two.

Partition Magic will allow you to shrink and expand partitions. If there isn't enough space to do it all at once, copy as much from the partition to go to the one to keep. Shrink the one, expand the other, wash rinse repeat.

If you mean, how to deal with things installed on the other partition, System Mechanic will move the application and update your registry.

If you are wanting to create a large partition with two drives, that is raid 0 or striping, and you need a controller that supports this.

If you mean how to merge two physical drives, that's greater magic than I can work.

Keeping things simple, recommend going and purchasing a large hard drive and transfer files from old HD's to new HD.

Win XP Home is not able to merge two HD so you only see one. Must buy additional software.

If you format the second drive and mount it in a folder on the first drive, then you will achieve the result you're looking for.
