Getting ready to assemble a 8'x10' shed. I have heard many different comments regarding the foundation.
cement, cement blocks, corner posts, no foundation, etc. What is your opinion? It's a Suncast 7.5 x 10 ft. Storage Building resin construction.
thanks

depends on where you live and your building codes. some towns say you need a permit to put up a building even a shed, it depends how it is set up, is it perment then the code comes in if it is readly to be taken down then its not permenate. use a plywood floor and it will at least not be dirt

Most sheds I have owned were built on 4x4's under the flooring (front to back). This was considered the foundation.

It really doesn't NEED a foundation, but you should probably make it as difficult as possible for animals to get underneath it. Haha once when I was a kid my dog decided to have her puppies under my shed, we had to get a hydraulic jack and lift the thing up to get her and her puppies out.

Personally, I'd put it on a concrete slab.

Little over a yard of concrete, a form, some elbow grease. Probably have a good, strong, lasting floor for less than $150
