i recently bought her a thong as a present which she loved. the only problem is her pubic hair is showing about an inch all the way round as she has never removed it. what would be the best approach to remove some of it.

it's amazing how many people are attacking me over this question as if i had a problem with it, which I don't. I love her with a big bush or not and I wasn't discussing our relationship or asking for advise on it.

Ahw... Some people don't like thongs.. i don't... I mean i spend most of the day trying to get my under wear out of my *** why, shove it up there farther... as for shaving some times people get razor burn (or rash) so bad it looks horrible, like some disease... It is some times better to leave it there... But If You shave, use a good razor, and shaving cream... I would try to get some wax if at all possible.. It might suck, but less of a chance of being cut, and or ingrown hairs!

You can tell her what you like...she would be receptive...after-all she loved the thong you gave her....suggest trimming, shaving, waxing, or even laser treatment....however it is her body, she can wear her pubic hair or not anyway she chooses....and just to be correct plain white cotton panties are more hygienically and and probably a hell of a lot more comfortable than a strap in the cracks all day/night...but it is HER CHOICE and HER BODY...you don't love a person for what they wear and how the wear it...if so it is a very superficial love

The best approach is to shave it. SHe will have to keep it up but it is the only thing that doesn't cause discomfort. Waxing down there is out of the question for most.

Buy her an electric trimmer (like the ones they shave military heads with). It wont leave a rash. Personally I think people shave their armpits because the hair is unsightly and hair promotes odor, so the same applies elsewhere!

If she is willing to rid herself of the extra hair, waxing is the very best strategy. It's gone for 4-6 weeks and doesn't require taking a razor to her genitals. If she's happy with the hair, then get over it. Her body, her hair, her way. Good luck!

waxing, shaving, or hair removal creams usually do the trick, just make sure if you buy wax or hair removal creams you buy one's suitable for the delicate "bikini" line area, otherwise your girlfreind could end up with quite a nasty rash. Or of course she could just leave her pubic hair the way it is if that's how she likes it.

Hair removal cream by Nair is good and cheap, leave it on for 5mins and then wash off, no itchiness when growing back and no shaving spots!
Also y don't you just talk to her about it?:-)

Well, if you love her, you should respect her decision of shaving or not. But if it bothers you then try talking to her about it! but not in a mean or pressuring way! You are with her for her, not for what her pubic hair is like.

trim, wax, shave, it is a very sensitive area and gets razor burn very easily
if you do get wax make sure to get wax specifically for that area of the body the hardening wax is the best and least painful
