No one can know for sure until we actually can go that fast, One of Einsteins theries was that if a man traveled past the speed o light he would go back in time.

No, since he's travelling at 99%C and the Universe is not, the passage of time is only relative to him so, depending on how long he maintained that speed, he wouldn't age but for the time he spent travelling at 99%C and the Universe, with eveyone in it not travelling that speed at the same time, would be older (he wouldn't get younger).

No, time would slow down for him so that thousands of years would pass on Earth while only a few would pass by for him. He wouldn't turn into a baby or disappear up his own existence.

No, for them the time would pass normally, but when them coma back to the earth they are going to find out that everybody they knew are old now.

99% of lightspeed experiences slower time.
