Yes, for sure.

Capitalist = everything is decided by market forces (so Doctors can charge what they like - so if you can't afford it you have to rely on charity)

Socialist = everything is decided by the State (so Doctors are paid the same as Truck Drivers - you want medical attention you have to bribe them). End result, 'they pretend to pay us, we pretend to work' (and eventual collapse of the entire economy)

Mixed = some of each - the State provides basic medical care, you want something better, you pay for it.

Its easier to trade as they have different currencies.
