If precedent means anything in international law, then, even if Bush were guilty of 'War Crimes,' the people who elected him will not be held accountable.

Actually, if you compared the War in Iraq to Clinton's bogus adventure in Kosovo, you might find that Clinton and Albright have much more to answer for, especially concerning the bombing of civilian targets, including full commuter trains.

Not that any American president is answerable to the kangaroo court in The Harangue.

I'm just trying to understand your blind and moronic partisanship on this.

I hate to break this to you-since we are going to be colleagues soon- but that will never happen. The president can always argue that his main crime was that he wanted Iraqis to be rid of a dictator. All he ever wanted was to spread democracy. And since that is working out just fine...we will go on and do the same favor to the Persians. I am a lawyer ...so I know what I am talking about.

"Fighting a war that you do not agree with does not equal to war crime".

Make sure you know the meaning of War Crime before you bash someone with it.
