I'm located in Orange County California. Can a Realtor research the city/county to find homes that can legally keep fowl on the property? Or is that something the buyer has to research themselves?

That is what Realtors get paid to do. Contact a local Realtor let them know what you are looking for and they should be able to put a list of properties together that fit what you are looking for. If you need help find a good Realtor in your area, contact me though my website http://www.uthomelist.com and I can help you find one. I have a huge network of agent I work with.

A realtor can most likely help you. Here is a realtor that I can personally recommend, she is awesome, check out her web site and give her a call.. she specializes in Orange County and knows it all when it comes to real estate! best of luck

Realtor can find that out for you; or you could check with zoning yourself to determine what areas they suggest you avoid looking in and what can and can't be kept.

Call a local Real Estate Brokerage and ask them that question. Some agents will do the research for you. If not, they should at least get you started - with who you need to contact at the county/city to get that question answered for you.
