Get (or give yourself) a pedicure then go shoe shopping to sport your toes.
Take an online course. (You're on the computer anyway and with all of that knowledge of yours, you might as well get credit for it.)
Put on your favorite music and go for a walk, drive, or ride.
Go outside- Zoo, park, museum, beach.
