What I do that really makes them pop is wear a green shirt. I realize that you cannot do this every day, so I use Volume Express mascara from Maybelline. It's the kind where you coat your lashes with the white primer from one side of the tube, let that dry, then coat with the black mascara from the other side. Then I use my hair dryer to blast my eyelash curler with hot air for a few seconds and curl them. This makes them look beautiful and full, opens your eyes more so any one's eyes are more noticeable. I would only do this at night because the look is so intense. For day I know Almay has a line that has different colors of eyeshadow that compliments different colors of eyes. Just buy the products that are labled for green eyes. Hope this helps.

Okay, the coolest thing ever. Go to www.sephora.com type green eyes in the search engine and you will find a eyeshadow kit made by pop beauty. They also make the same for blue eyes and brown eyes. If you dont want to spend the money then you can just copy the shades and there are usage tips at the bottom of the page! I pasted a description of the green eyes kit below...

I am surprised that green mascara would draw out the green in your eyes rather than dilute it. Use some blue to turquoise eye shadow to make the color in your eyes stand out. There are also some really cool contacts available that you can wear with or without a prescription, they are called color enhancers. What they don't do is mask your eye color or change the color in any way like color contacts do, they just make whatever color you have really really stand out. A friend of mine who had dark brown eyes tried them and it made them look like a deep caramel...very pretty.

Wear green eyeshadow or silver and with a sharp tip brush put a small amount of eyeshadow right under your lower lashes. It will make your green eyes stand out. Also wear light clothing for example limegreen or yellow, it will bring out the color in your eyes... Also if you have dark hair, it takes the focus off your eyes.. If you don't already have light hair, go for it and give it a try.. Hope this works!!

Almay has a kit you can buy just for that reason. I bought the one for blue eyes and it really worked without it resorting to the 80's blue eyeliner.
Check it out.
