Edited: I misunderstood the question the first time I read it. Each woman is different, but usually, those early pregnancy symptoms end somewhere between week 12 and week 20. I had very few symptoms, but my moodiness was gone around week 13, nausea around the same time. My breast tenderness lasted a bit longer, but my symptoms ended more or less at the end of the first trimester. I don't know how far along you are, but remember, you can ALWAYS call your ob/gyn and ask to make yourself feel better. Mine always encouraged me to do so, that is what they are there for =) Good luck!

how far along are you? if 5-8 weeks and all symptoms disappear, get checked out by your ob. 12-15 weeks, you may just be feeling better after the first trimester.
