I am not looking for code to write a program, I was just wondering if there was a built in query tool or some console command that I could use. All I want to see is who is currently logged into the domain and on which computer they are logged in from. I am not worried about histories, I am looking for current information.

Yes. Open the Computer Management console. Go to Shared Folders, then click on sessions. You can see everyone logged on and the computer name from which they are logged on.
