Yes in early pregnancy symptoms do come and go! But some things you don't want to just disappear all together like feeling the baby kick when that happened to me late in pregnancy my daughter was in fetal distress. Also i had a pregnancy where all my symptoms disappeared just one day i woke up and it was 100% gone come to fine out i miscarried. I'm 14 weeks preg. now and everything is fine some days i feel like crap and others i feel fine but none of my symptoms have just completely disappeared all together. I would wake up some days and panic then i would start checking like okay my boobs don't hurt today but i still have morning sickness and my skin is still very very dry then i would be able to relax a little.

yup! Im 20 weeks, and out of the blue I was nautious all day yesterday. I'm fine now, but who knows what tomorrow will brin.

most certainly your body is going thru so many different changes also depends on where exactly baby is located that different aches and pains occur
