yo momma ninja turtle?

can somebody explain to me what: "you mama looks like a ninja turtle, but with out the shell on?" i saw it off of yo momma but ididnt get it. please help me.

She must be pretty ugly. They were referring to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They are four feet tall, green and have shell(like any good turtle). The momma might be fat too.

It means Yo Mama is BIG, SOFT and Spineless with an awful complexion to boot.
