anybody esle happy that elizabeth hesselbeck (the view)finally got a backbone?

i dont agree with what a lot of elizabeth stands for but it was so good to see her give it good to rosie. my whole office at work couldnt stop talking about it.

I totally agree with you. I disagree with alot of what she says, I agree with alo tof the things Rosie says but it was very good to see her really stand up for what she believes in. I think though, that she does do a good job of trying to get her point across but Rosie is just so loud and so rude, she always gets out talked!

I don't agree with what Elizabeth stands for either. But I commend her for not swaying her opinions day to day and not doing what Rosie wants. (Like not to watch Fox news because they make her look like a bad person.)
I'll be so happy when these last 2 weeks are over and she gets off the show!

Barbara Walters really had an unblemished career until she made the decision to replace Meredith on The View. Rosie O"Donnell is about the biggest ego centric person that "graces " the TV screen. It doesn't matter whether you like Elizabeth Hasselbeck or not. she is beautiful has a lot of class and is never rude. I think that Rosie pushed the envelope a little too hard. I wish I could find the sweatshirt (in Rosie's size) that says: "You can either agree with me or be wrong".She is the pits, and should be off the show.

Finally got a backbone? Before Rosie got on the show Elisabeth had it out with others on air including Barbara Walters regarding the War. She is not innocent and knows very well how to push someone's buttons. Rosie messed up thinking Elisabeth was her friend and would back her up. The look on her face showed how hurt she was. Elisabeth could have cared less that Rosie was hurt because it's all about her. People like that aren't your friends. I

I agree with you. I don't understand why everyone is saying Elizabeth is dumb. I thought she stood up for herself brilliantly. She was eloquent and quick minded and she was not going to let Rosie run all over her.

ELIZABETH WOULD BE A GOOD DEBATER BUT SHE GOES IN TO MANY CIRCLES AND NEVER SAYS WHAT SHE MEANS. ITS LIKE SHE REPEATS WHAT THE PRESIDENT SAYS IN A SPEECH OR SOMETHING. ITS LIKE ITS NEVER VERY DEEP. ITS ALWAYS VAGUE AND THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER. ROSIE, WHO IS LOUD AND MAYBE SHOULD KEEP IT IN CHECK A LITTLE, HAS ACTUAL FEELINGS AND THOUGHTS OF WHAT IS GOING ON.

Yah I was kinda happy for Elizabeth, but I don't agree with pretty much anything she says, I think she's closeminded and can't admit when she's wrong, or her precious Republican party is wrong, but I love seeing people stand up for what they believe in. Two people arguing with passion makes good television.

I think Elisabeth did great, but next time she should be harder on Rosie. Rosie thinks that just because she's the Moderater she should have the last word. She usually gets it too. I'll be so glad when she leaves.

Oh my yes was I ever glad . anyway nobody listens to rosie anymore cause all she ever does is bash christians anymore . but yet when someone goes off on gay and lesbian issues she jumps all over them . Rosie no body cares anymore what you have to say or think get it .
