How about trying a "due date calculator"- simply put in the date of your last period, how many days your cycle usually is and it will give you a best estimate of your due date and how far along you are.
Here is a good one for you to try.

just because you showed up positive on a home pregnancy test for the first time does not mean you are exactly 4 weeks pregnant....try to think back to the FIRST day of your LAST period....about 2 weeks after that is your most likely time to have conceived....that may be the best way to go about it...also, when your further along and the baby starts forming the drs. can give you a better sense of how far along you are...like the average size a baby should be at a certain period during a pregnancy....but as for now..i would try using a calculator to find your due date...i've provided you with a site that has one!!

Use the duedate calculator that was posted here. Pregnancies are counted from the first day of your last period because most women dont know when they ovulate. When you actually have sex and get pregnant you're technically already 2-3 weeks pregnant. Right now you would be 10-11 weeks pregnant depending on exactaly when your period started. Now when you see your doctor they may give you an ultrasound if they thing you might have ovulated later and can adjust your duedate and how many weeks you are.

I've seen positive preg tests (super faint, but there's a second line) as early as 9 days after ovulation. If yours is a dark line, however, I'd say you're more than 2 weeks past ovulation. In reality, you could have shown a positive at any point between your negative and your positive, so you have roughly a two week window. Don't worry about it though, babies are early and late all the time. They'll date the pregnancy based on the baby's size at the 20 week ultrasound.

most home pregnancy tests should be able to tell you if you are pregnant as soon as you miss a period, about 2 weeks post conception. If your last period was at the beginning of March then you should be about 8-10 weeks along, but don't quote me on that. Good luck on the pregnancy :)

This sounds stupid, but you're actually 2 weeks pregnant before you conceive. It can show up as early as a couple of days after your first missed period, and much earlier with a blood test at the doctor's. You probably won't know the date of conception until the first ultrasound (usually week 12-ish). Your doctor will help you pinpoint your date, before then, though.
Good luck.

sometimes you get a false negative. that sounds like what happened. generally you don't get a false positive from a home test. but i think that most home pregnancy tests are made to work from about 14 days after conception. sorry, i could be wrong though.
don't worry, the doctor will be able to help you figure out the how far along you are by measuring the baby on ultrasound. that's how they give you a due date. just be patient a couple more days!! congrats!

Mine showed up the first day I missed my period. The first day of my last menstruation was in March and I am now 11 weeks pregnant. You may be around that area (December baby).
