It depends greatly on your latitude. I used the U.S. Naval Observatory site in the source to find that the day after the vernal equinox is about 2 minutes longer than the day of the equinox. The equinox is when the day and night are equal length, 12 hours and 12 hours. And I would expect the rate of change to be largest at the equinox. The days get longer more and more slowly until at the solstice they stop getting longer at all; then they start getting shorter again. The summer solstice is when the Day is longest.

The average increase in day light is from two to three minutes each day until the 21st day (Summer Solstice) of June. Then each day after that starts to loose the same amount of day light!!!

No, and the longest is in June no longer July. the warmth lags for somewhat some motives and usually the main well-liked days are in August and September. purely as a results of fact the main well-liked area of the day isn't community midday yet often around 3 to 4PM.

1 minute each day. If you look at the weather channel and it shows each day's sunrise and sunset it gives one minute longer to each day.
