You probably have gestational diabetes. I had that with my 2nd child. You will have to take the 3 hour glucose test. It is almost the same but you have to drink more of the glucose and have your blood tested every hour for 3 hours. I just went through that last Friday. It is a very boring day, but necessary to tell if you have GD for sure. Good luck!!

I'm not sure about the hot feeling, but getting dizzy is an indication that you could have it. I hope you told the doctor or lab about it. If the first test comes back abnormal, then they will have you take a 3 hour test. If you do have gestational diabetes, it can be controlled through diet. It might take some adjustment, but you can do it. The good thing is that it almost always goes away after delivery. However, if you do get it, you are at higher risk for developing diabetes later in life.

I just went through the test 2 weeks ago, then I went back last week for the 3 hour test. My first test was really high which is why they had me come back, but my 3 hour test came back good. Everything is fine. Try not to worry, I felt really dizzy as well both different times I took the test, but all women react differently to the glucose, especially pregnant women! LOL. Just remember if they had you fast and then drink glucose water it would almost be enough to make anyone fel dizzy. That is a lot of sugar to put in your body all at once! Good luck!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

It doesn't mean anything, different people react differently to the test. You won't know for sure if you have to take the 3hr test till your doctor tells you so. I have gestational diabetes and I handled both tests fine.

Oh god the first test made me sick as a dog and for days after I just felt icky.
It came back high, so I had to take the 3 hour. For some reason it wasn't as bad. Barely passed it.
But none the less, thats cruel and unusual punishment to make a pregnant woman fast!

you'll have your midwife or universal run a fasting glucose. or you're able to be able to desire to ok ask to have them prescribe a glucometer device so which you would be able to computer screen them your self. My mom & daughter use the only touch UltraSmart. this is truly trouble-free to do. This device archives each and every thing for you. this sort you are able to computer screen issues & understand for particular. The boost in the bp is fairly with regards to. Has every person checked you for preeclampsia? this is going to possibly no longer be a bad thought for a traveling nurse to ascertain on you on a daily basis to your glucose & bp. it may be solid for you & your toddler. the subject is, gestational diabetes can ensue at any time in the process the being pregnant - even formerly they attempt you. truly considerable: have confidence your person instincts. mom's instincts are on no account incorrect. do no longer continually have confidence your dr./ midwife. I made that mistake with my 2d daughter & went in to the wellness center to be sure my ob/gyn dr. after somewhat bloody teach. My physician became there for the extremely sound. I observed issues in the water. I made the errors of trusting my dr. that if some thing became incorrect, she might have instructed me. I drove each and every of ways domicile 11 p.m., 40 minutes away. I took a bath, placed a pad on (communicate approximately mom's instincts), and went to mattress. I awakened approximately 4 or 5 a.m. went to the bathing room & became hemorraging. Ya understand what those issues have been? Blood clots. i became instructed i became fortunate she did no longer breathe it in, she might have died. We have been the two fortunate. some thing's no longer precise, be sure you do no longer end asking til you get your answer(s). solid success!!

I handled the one hour just fine, it was the next one that made me SO sick (this one has more glucose). That's when I knew I had it, and I was right.
Don't worry about it, it's not as bad of a condition as you might think. I've been dealing with it for 8 weeks and I'm happy.
