Actually, no. Our greatest weakness which is the human heart is also our greatest strength; our ability to love comes out of that but not without risk.

The only way to have a hurt-proof heart would be if nothing (bad) could affect it. How would you determine what's bad? What's bad for one person might be good for another. If nothing bad happened in the world I think it would feel quite awkward.

So, instead, trust in love. Trust in your heart and take it from there.

yes, i do. but if your heart doesn't get hurt sometimes, how will you ever learn anything? in every relationship, whether good or bad, always has a purpose and meaning.
