It can take your body up to a year to become pregnant after being on the pill. You sound very young, I hope you're not a tenn trying to get pregnant, if so that would be the stupidist thing you've ever done.

It's a matter of timing and it can be complicated. There is a very small window of time that the sperm can reach the egg, and then all the hormones have to be in sync etc.
If you have regular periods to can use ovulation calendars that would help you "estimate" when you might ovulate that could increase your chance of getting pregnant.
Be sure you are taking pre-natal vitamins if you plan on getting pregnant.
Things such as smoking (either the man or woman), drinking, drug use, stress etc. can all impede pregnancy.
It can take a healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant, so don't think you are alone.
Best of luck!

Same question I asked for 14 years, 2 of those years on fertility drugs, shots, painful tests. Then doctors telling me to give up hope because I was menopausal @ 34! Then 1 month after my divorce was finalized a year and half later. The guy I was seeing knocked me up. Proud mommy of an 11 week old baby girl.
It just wasn't meant to be with my first two husbands. I was meant to be a single mommy I guess. I kind of think that the first 2 guys weren't potent enough to get someone like me PG. Just happen to know now, that my man is extremely fertile. His little swimmers can live up to 2 weeks in there. From a doctor appt, doctors found some of the little guys still alive after he had taken a swab...we hadn't had sex in two weeks!!!
They say after 2 years of trying and keeping track of your ovulation if you still haven't conceived then get referred to a specialist.

If you had a menstrual cycle I would say that no you are not pregnant. Some people that are on birthcontrol for a little while take a couple months to get pregnant. On average people trying to get pregnant take at least 3 months. I would just calculate your period time and calculate your ovulation time. Have lots of sex around your ovulation days and hope for the best. "Good things come to those who wait". It takes patience trying to get pregnant.

Because every woman is different !! If you want to know if you are pregnant, see a doctor and get a pregnancy test. Did you really think a total stranger on the internet could tell you if you are pregnant? If so, you need to ask the doctor for some literature on the human reproductive system.

Be patient. You are most fertile after you get off of the pill so there might be something wrong with either you or you boyfriend's ability to consieve. If it doesn't happen in another month or so I recommend seeing a doctor to get some tests done. Good luck!

Most likely you arent. Some people can get pregnant right away, it took us over a year to have ours. And with having been on the pill, it can take a little longer to conceive...a lot of doctors say it can take up to a year after being on the pill to conceive...so just give it time...

The pill will stay in your system for up too 2 to 3 months after you quit taking it. If you want to have a kid, keep having sex, and if its meant to be, you will end up pregnant. Dont listen to all of these jerks giving you smart ellic answers, just keep on trying, and good luck....

it all depends upon how long you have been on BC. bleeding is normal after stopping the pill. it really depends on your body, never go off of others.

just keep trying, and best of luck.

i would suggest taking a test often. watch for a heavy feeling in your body, maybe some vomiting, abnormally irretable, headaches, etc.

you may also still get your period while being pregnant.

Its all timing... those one timers just happened to have sex right when they were ovulating. There are 2 or 3 days out of the month that you are vulnerable to getting prego. Good luck.
