Go to abc.com and on the grey's anatomy page there is an option to watch it online for free. But you can only watch the last couple of episodes there. If you are willing to pay there is also an option to download any of the episodes form iTunes. Hope this helps.

Look on www.youtube.com, search Greys Anatomy or Greys Anatomy Episodes... you might have to sign up or sign in to see the episodes because, some have inappropriate content for children.
Signing up for YouTube is totally free, no charge, the video's are easy to watch, not all video's have great quality but, if you can look on www.peekvid.com, they have some episodes on there if it will work, their site has been down for months.
