yes it is possible, all you need is a TV card which has them red white and yellow sockets. So if you want sound and the vision then you will need all three of them in that tv card.

Only if the PC has a jack for attaching an RCA cable or an S-video cable. And only if the TV is a new HDef TV with an RCA (or S-video) input.
Even then, there is a difference in screen definition between computers and TVs (computer have 800 pixels across, TVs only 720 for example), so the picture on most TVs can be very fuzzy and difficult to read.
The exception is if you have a "Windows Media Edition" computer, which comes with special hardware and software to allow TV hookup.

If you a TV socket yes. I have one - never used it! I just use my screen. Youtube would look crap on a TV too. Downloaded films may not be too bad. I got a DVB stick for my laptop and watch film 4 in bed quite often now. I watched Ultimate force in bed the other night. They are quite good. I get over 30 freeview channels and you can do email while the adverts are on! lol I even chat on MSN IM while the ads are on. If I watch the late film I get messages asking why i'm up so late! LOL I do have leads that plug in to TV out and a converter thing and that plugs in to a scart converter and that plugs in to the scart socket.

Yes it is on the back or side of your PC should be a socket that is round with spaced for several pins and it should have a little diagram shaped like a TV with an indoor aerial next to or under it. You need to buy a cable that will fit that one end and have the standard red, white (or black) and yellow plugs on the other end that you can plug in to the front of your TV like you do a video camera, hope that helps.

Mate,
I usually find the TV to PC (vice versa, sorry) is cr@p.
If you have a flat-panel TV with a computer input, it can be a bit better, but unless you have a TV supports a resoultion ABOVE the standard 1078 x 780 or thereabouts, then it really is a waste of time.
I used to carry a laptop on business expressly for watching DVD's on the go, via the TV, and I gave up.
Invest in a high-res flat panel. (many $$$).

Absolutely. Follow instruction of dewcoons to be safe. To live dangerously sit them back to back and then lay eighteen tight wraps of duct tape around both before pushing both off sill of open window 8 floors above empty alley at 3 am.

Yes you need a special HDMI cable which allows you to connect it to your computer to TV and it works as a monitor.
