People who get plastic surgery are generally dissatisfied with their lives in some way or another. They have over time come to identify that dissatisfaction with the way they look.
By getting the surgery done, they hope to remove the dissatisfaction in their lives. They discover that it is not automatic. In other words, simply looking different does not help them. In order to bridge the gap, they seek approval/affection from people they meet. "See how much prettier I look now?" can be roughly translated to "See how much better a person I am" or "See how much I deserve love".
Women who have had this done may feel a profound sense of self confidence. Before the surgery they would have been embarrassed to show off to a stranger. But now with something to show, they have the confidence to show off. The fact that they can show off is proof to themselves and the world that they are sexy. Of course, I have yet to meet a hetero guy who wouldn't want to see a pair augmented or not. This is something that some women don't get. Sexy is an attitude more then a look. Having the looks doesn't hurt, but it's not the whole package.
Not everyone is like this. Many are more discreet about their surgery and not so insecure about their looks and by extension, their lives.

Some people may get fake breasts to make themselves feel more confident in their appearance. For some, that is not enough. They must get other people's approval (or attention) before they feel secure. Many times, breast implants are done because of insecurity issues. If someone is showing them off, it seems like the insecurity is still there, it's just being expressed in a different way, showing off. Too bad there are no 'self-confidence implants' on the market.

I guess because they cost so much? A girl where my husband works did this, flashed her boobs to everyone to show them off. I'm sure the guys were thrilled lol. This woman is now being stalked by another wife who is convinced her husband is cheating with her...hmmmmm...I guess you get what you put out there?

You spend a lot of money on something, you want to show it off. Why buy a new car and keep it hiding in the garage?

Girls who have fake ones put in tend to be very much into showing them off. They are proud of them.

Probably because they know it's not a real part of themselves. The brain is funny like that no matter how close things are, the brain know that it is not a natural part of you and we all know that something that is not a natural part of ourselves we are more able to show freely.

I have no idea unless they are excited to show them off??? I think it would be disrespectfull if a woman does this to men that are in relationships and they better not do it to mine because I would poke them as flat as pancakes if i found out that she did sweetie.

They paid a lot of money to finally have something they didnt have before and now they wana show it off. Kind of like buying and expensive watch..... Wouldnt you wear it often and show it off?

first, its fake. not even a real breast.
and wouldn't you be interested in seeing how real they made it look. or even feel. are they symetric? too hard? is it really like the real thing? or is it better or worse than the real thing? are they really big? like circus side show big?
whats the point of getting any "enhancement" if your not going to show them off?
Why, is somebody wanting to show you theirs?
