I have a few websites where you can embed a song or playlist onto your MySpace page:
1. Odeo.com (go to search, type in the artist, click the song you want, click "embeddable player", scroll down to where you see the MySpace icon and enter your information)
2. Podomatic.com (go to search, enter song you want, click link, then click "copy to your web page")
3. Imeem.com (It hasn't been working for the past couple of weeks but it has like EVERY song you could think of on there and you can post a whole playlist!)

no.. there are a whole bunch of outside sources you can use..... there's imeem.... && you don;t have to have an active imeen account to get the song you want.
all you do is go to the imeen webpage... type in the song you;re looking for, && a whole buch of other ppls pages will pop up... you can go to their page && there will be a link to embed that song onto your myspace page & you can put that link anywhere you want on your page.
there are many others... but i don't know them just off the top of my head... && they work a little differently....
good luck

I don't think so. You need a special "myspace code" to enter that takes you to the link to the song. I tried recently to no avail.
