i have been with my boy friend for three years on and off i love him i just dont know if i am in love with him and one of his friends are really hoy and i dont know what to do HELP!

You don't know what to do about what? Are you really considering dumping this guy of 3 years, who's stood by you, supported you, been there for you just because his friend is hot. You don't even know if the friend would be interested in you for a long term relationship.
I say dump your current boyfriend. He deserves better than you. He deserves someone who's loyal and commited to him.

Well if you know its not gonna be worth it in the long run, that you don’t love him like you use to… then you have to leave him. Don’t string him along if you’re not in love with him anymore. His friend might be hot but that doesn’t mean that hes the one for you. Break up with your boyfriend because its not working anymore, not because he has a hot friend youre gonna leave him for- thats just cruel. A little ways down the road if you want to get to know his friend and see if there are any sparks between the two of you and if anything could come of it, that’s fine. Just don't do anything right away.

well first off guys do think like girl in the sense that the guy that you think is hot is prob going to tell you something like "I can't do that to joe(whatever your boyfriends name is) he is my good friend and he would be mad! i know it sucks but on the other hand he may feel the same way and not care if he is friends with your boyfriend or not! but maybe you should find out if he likes you first so you dont break up with your boyfriend for no reason! Plus if you really dont have feeling for him then tell him dont lead him on think about if he did that to you! you would prob hate him!

You ignore it, you can think this guy is hot and that doesn't matter because you are not acting on it. Now if you pursue something you can ruin your relationship as well as their friendship.
You need to figure out what you want first and being unsure after three years you should know by now.

You need to look deep inside your heart! If you are looking at other people and wishing to be with them...Then in my opion you are not entirely happy. Let him go before someones heart gets broken. Spread your wings now while you can. Once you get married you will have had the expierence and be a better woman for having the expierence!

A lot of people are hot. If you are wondering what to do because of one hot guy, then maybe you arent suppose to be with your boyfriend... you HAVE to suck it up. You love your boyfriend, right? Why ruin that over a pretty face? Be good... Good Luck.

Man law prohibits friends from dating a friends ex. Statute of limitations vary from region to region. You will not only lose a potential (unlikely) friend in your ex, but possibly also causing a rift between your ex and his "hot" friend.
I wouldn't recommend it, if you cared at all about your ex.
