You should be fine since you are already in May and you missed the pills in April.
Since you started a new pack, it protects you simply after a week. Your okay...no jazz..your good.

You can get pregnant on birth control pills even if you follow the directions to the letter. NO BC is 100% effective.

Check your pamphlet that came with the pills or google online what you should do if you missed three in a row.

Here:

If you MISS 3 OR MORE white, light blue, or blue "active" pills in a row (during the first 3 weeks):

1. If you are a Sunday Starter: Keep taking 1 pill every day until Sunday. On Sunday, THROW OUT the rest of the pack and start a new pack of pills that same day.

If you are a Day 1 Starter: THROW OUT the rest of the pill pack and start a new pack that same day.

2. You may not have your period this month but this is expected. However, if you miss your period 2 months in a row, call your doctor or clinic because you might be pregnant.

3. You MAY BECOME PREGNANT if you have sex in the 7 days after you miss pills. You MUST use another birth control method (such as condoms, foam, or sponge) as a back-up method for those 7 days.

Well if you already know then you should listen to it.

First of all birth control in itself isn't 100% anyhow so you could get pregnant even if you took it at the same time every day. If you didn't take the three pills at all then you should probably wait a few weeks to make sure the birth control is back in your system and go get checked out for the pregnancy thing. If you caught yourself up on those three days by taking two each day until you were on track again then you MIGHT be alright.

Well there is a slight possiblity but usually you have to be off the pill a month to a few months til it's out of your system.
So it's possible but not to terribly possible.
But it is possible to get pregnant while on the pill anyway. A friend of mine had that happen. They didn't want another kid til their first was at least 4 or 5. they had another girl before the first one was 2.

Did you get a period? If you missed a period you should take a pregnancy test to be sure. If it is positive, stop taking your bcp's and call your Dr. If it is negative you are OK.

Yes you can- finish out this pack and do a pregnancy test during your menstrual week to make you feel better.
