it was running fine until a couple of days ago.it started stalling while driving. will not turn over even if you prime it please help

IF IT IS TURNING OVER PULL OFF ONE OF THE PLUGS WIRES AND TURN ENGINE OVER SEE IF IT SPARKS IS IT TBI INJECTION OR FUEL INJECTION IF ITS TBI TAKE AIR CLEANER OFF AND TURN OVER LOOK IN THROTTLE BODY SEE IF FUEL COMES FROM INJECTORS,NEED TO CHECK FUEL PUMP PRESSURE TO SEE IF ITS WITHIN RANGE THEIR IS A MODULE RIGHT BESIDE AIR CLEANER SILVER/BLACK ON MOST ITS THE IGNITION MODULE PULL DISTRIBUTOR CAP, AND ROTOR OFF AND CHECK FOR CRACKS AND WEAR OR TAKE TO LOCAL SHOP YOU TRUST AND HAVE IT CHECKED OUT CUOLD BE A LOT OF THINGS

If no crank condition...could be starter, solenoid, cables, battery weak or alternator not charging...charge and check the battery and test alternator output--should be 13.5- 14.5 volts, neutral safety switch bad, or ignition switch/wiring bad---from your description, I'm leaning towards bad alternator not charging the battery.....do the interior lights and headlights come on with full power?

call a tow truck, take it to a good shop that others reccomend.
