If you can stand to wait that long you can wrap up the preg test and give it to him on Fathers Day..or if you have a doc apt before then you can frame an Ultrasound picture and give it to him as well. I think Fathers Day would be a great time to tell him, especially if this is the first child.

This is what I wanted to do: Make a card and put it on his pillowcase that takes him on a "treasure hunt". Have him look for clues that lead him to some baby items!
(example... have one clue lead him to the car. hide a clue in there that leads him to the mailbox.. hide a clue in there that leads him to the kitchen and have some bottles and baby stuff sitting on the counter. He'll get it.)
.. my husband knew I was pregnant before I did, the butthead! He couldnt wait and WATCHED the strips change!! Then he came out of the bathroom grinning like "You better go look..."
Congrats mommy!

leave the test in a weird place, lol maybe on his bed pillow, or buy him something in a pretty box, and put a pacifier in it, along with the pregnancy test, take the pregnancy test no later than 3 days after you show it to him. Gifts are always a cool way to do it, then coming out n saying it.

Set up the dinner table and roll the utensils in a napkin. But instead of a fork, put the test stick in. Not very appetizing, but he probably won't want to eat anyway. Then go to a restaurant, and you can eat. He'll probably follow suit.

I always thought it would be fun to take him a lunch and then leave something baby related in the bag, an "I Love My Daddy" bib or something. That was my plan, but he came home for lunch when I was doing the test so I never got to.

You could put booties in his socks = )
You could order those personalized m&ms and put on one side we're expecting and the other side the due date
You could put "You're going to be a daddy soon!" on a fortune cookie and take him out to a chinese restaurant
One girl I know put Ready or Not on in index card and then that night put Here I come on her stomach when she was undressing in front of him he finally got it
Congrats on the baby!

My mom gave my dad a card. On the inside it just said "Congratulations, Joe! We did it!". My dad was so ecstatic. They'd been trying for 14 years. And he knew exactly what that card meant!

Get one of those "I Love My Daddy" baby shirts & wrap it up as a gift for him.
You could also use those things they have for baby showers - the plastic/fake pasefiers that go around napkins... make dinner & when he spots them around the napkins, say "I have something to tell you."

I hid the pregnancy test under my fiances pillow. That day was SOOO HARD for me to keep quiet about it, then that night, I was in the shower and he came tearing downstairs with the test in his hand screaming OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!! AAAHHHH! Then got into the shower with me and wouldnt stop hugging me, lol...
