We were planning on going to Obsevatory Campsite with my brother this weekend. The plan was for him to go today and claim two spots because the site is first-come first-served. However - he had to cancel yesterday because he has to attend a funeral.
Everything else is booked up and I cannot get out of work early tomorrow becaue I will be out on a business trip all next week.
Does anybody know of any decent trailer sites that are not likley to fill up by tomorrow evening? (I do not care if it has full hookups or is a primitive site.)

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. A quick glance at the reserveamerica.com site shows that the San Diego KOA is the only place available in SoCal.
Headquarters campground near Lake Isabella is availale, but that's more Central CA, and don't know if they will even have flat sites..
