It is true that in all the days of your life, you will swallow a spider in your sleep at least some of those days.
Just think about how many spiders have you seen in your bedroom in your life during the day. They might be there at night as well and you would not notice because you are asleep. Pretty creepy thought, but its true.

Spiders Eaten While Sleeping

Uh, this sounds like so many myths...a grain of truth and a ton of embellishment. It's entirely possible that someone might wake up with a spider in their mouth. A bug could fall, fly or crawl in while the person slept. However, if spiders were routinely climbing in, I'd expect lots and lots of people to have had this experience and that's just not the case.

It is said that a Human eats 8 Spiders in their sleep in their whole life,
However, I don't believe this, There is nothing to worry about really. You don't exactly eat them, they just drop into your mouth and Swallow and you don't know anything about it.
They can crawl into your ears and Nostrils, so it's nothing to fret about.

I've put my eyeglasses on and caught something in a corner of my eye.It was a tiny spider hanging from a thread. It was barely visible.I doubt they purposely crawl in your mouth but I'm sure some get in there.

Sleeping with your mouth open in an infested house the probabilities of eating bugs are very high. Not brushing your teeth properly might just give them a meal before you're done with them. Everything is circumstantial.

They could crawl into your nostrils, ears as well as your mouth. From their perspective you're just a big warm cave. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. As long as you don't notice there's no harm done.

To the poster who said we eat a dozen spiders a year: Says who? Unless you have footage of about 1,000 sleeping mouths all across the world for about a decade don't tell me or anyone else how many spiders we eat. That stat is a load of crap.
