If you need to do all that, maybe you should dump the girlfriend. You don't need someone that you have to physically "track" and if she's not doing anything, I'm sure she doesn't want anyone "tracking" her.

Ronnie - whether what you've done is legal or not (I think the sound transmitter may constitute illegal wiretapping) isn't the question really. Your obsessive distrust of your girlfriend is more the issue. Don't worry about a lawsuit - the damage you will do to her trust will cost you way more than any lawsuit.

Invasion of privacy. She's not under suspion by the law and they would be the only ones that could do something like that. It might be wise not to do this, then she will think you don't trust her. What's a relationship without trust??? The only way you might be able to get out of it is if your honest with her and tell her you were just testing it out to see if it works or not.

Yes..It is VERY ILLEGAL.. Suing would be the least of your problems.. Try arrest for illegal wiretapping and stalking. Even the police and the FBI have to get warrants to do what you are doing.
Say hello to your new roommate when you get thrown in jail.

Is not legal; think about it, you bought in EUROPE, not the U.S.! If you are caught she can sue for illegal wiretapping.
The bottom line is, if you don't trust your girlfriend, why in the heck are you in a committed relationship with her? A better answer is "DON'T BE IN A COMMITTED RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE YOU DON'T TRUST!"

Very stalker like. I wouldnt worry so much about court, as I would about losing the girl. If you dont trust her, and are willing to go to such extreme measures, she needs to leave you ASAP.
