Presuming you're talking about content that's local (on your hard drive).

You'd need to first have a website... then using a simple program like webpublisher or dreamweaver.. tell it to set up a link and target the files (I'd move them or copy them to a file with all the files you plan on using for the web page).

Then.. sync with the remote website.. it'll upload everything and voila.. you have a very simple website with game links.

If you're talking about posting a link to a game on another website.. I'd suggest just right clicking the link to the game on the website you want to post.. choose "copy link" then just paste it into the text you want to show it in.

Unless you are super good with HTML my best thing would be to just post a link of where you found the game on your website.
