But Clinton cut funding for healthcare during both his terms including that which provided abortion. How could he be seen as a pro choice president?

Depends on what you term pro-choice.
Clinton would have been considered by the anti-abortion lobby to be pro-choice. Those that want abortion to be banned in the US would deem any president who is not working to further limit or ban abortions to be pro-choice. But there are many candidates who do not think that further limits are needed.
Those who are against abortion view BillClinton as pro-choice as he did not do things to limit it in the way that George Bush has. Bush has imposed restrictions on abortions, and is thought by many to be influencing the make up of the supreme court in order to push through more anti-abortion legislation.
Of the democrat Presidential hopefulls, Hiliary Clinton is viewed by the 'pro-lifers' as pro-abortion, i.e. pro-choice.
So the answer is yes.

We just had one. Do you remember Bill Clinton? We will have one again but I do not know when. The war in Iraq seems to be the most important issue right now and that will probably determine how people vote in the next election.

Why the censorship of the anti abortion people. Doubt it unless Hillary gets in and she will lose half the electorate on that one alone.
