im going 2 six flags over tx memorial day.can any1 tell me what they think r the best rides there!!!!its my first time going

Ahh, my home park!

Here's my ranking for best rides.

1) Titan - front seat rocks. If you're in the front left, lookout. If you're not holding on, you could fall out. Back is great too. Great pullthrough G's.

2) Tx Giant - Be sure to sit in the front of a car. Axles are a bit rough. Front seat is best


3) Batman - nice inverted coaster. Front and back corners are best. Fun ride

3b) Superman Tower of Power - 3B cause I was only numbering coasters.

4) Mr. Freeze - good quick ride. you get tossed a bit

5) Shockwave - an underrated gem. It's a completely different ride in the back couple of seats vs. the rest of the train. In the back, it's a beast with LOTS of airtime. Great ride and first consecutive double looping coaster!

6) La Vibora - bobsled ride is a hoot. Be sure to lean

7) Mine train - one of the best mine train rides in the country, especially the last part.

8) Judge Roy Scream - fun classic coaster. Especially at night. Very pretty along the lake.

my favorite.

there are two ways to get through the day.
1) once you first get there, you need to run to the titan [[you might want to get a map to find out how to get there. its a little hard]] its my third favorite, but its the best rollercoaster there.
its kind of a let down to go there first, but if you don't, you will have to wait in a 2-2 1/2 hour line. and then from that ride, yo ucan just walk around the park, going in order of which ride you see.

or you can 2) go from normal roller coasters to the big ones. i like this one because by 9:30 everyone has gone home, so the lines aren't as long as they are during the day, so the big ones will be a shorter wait [[and the titan and superman look absolutely gorguous from high up looking into the city]]

nothing else has a big of a line as the titan exept for the [[my favorite]] superman. and [[my second favorite]] mr. freeze. both of which will have about a 2 hour line. but mr. freeze probably longer. there is also the batman, which will have just about the same line as the superman.
you will probably find taht the batman will end up as your favorite, because its the most fun having 2 loops and alot of turns.
if your not in for hte big roller coasters, there is always the judge roy scream, runaway mountian, shock wave [[two loops]], and mine train. all are boring [[concidering how much you ride coasters]], especially if you have already ridden the titan.

there are 3 wet rides too.
roaring rapids
splash town
and ozarka splash [[ithink. most ppl just call it the log ride]]

roaring rapids being first-but be carefull. the water smells bad, and you are gonna get wet.

splash town. the further up in the boat you are, the less you get wet. and you'll get wet either way, but i recomend you stand on the bridge to get SOAKED. not kidding.

and the log ride, fun little water coaster, but not really getting wet. but a little splash.

i also recomend you going on spungebob 4D. its a little fun 3D adventure with a surprise at the end. i liked doing it w/ my friends when we went w/ the school.

I've grown up going to Six Flags so let me give you a list of rides you have to ride.
1. Mine train - may look old but its fun and a tradition if your going to six flags, plus theres creepy manikins on one part of the ride when it takes you to up into a saloon.
2. Judge Roy Scream - Another old roller coaster, its the big white one you'll see as you are driving into the park. Its fun and also a tradition when going to six flags.
3. Texas Giant - Really fun, you think your actually going to fly out of your seat. Warning you - it really jolts you around so if you have neck problems, don't ride it.
4. Titan - really really fast. I almost blacked out last time I rode it, my uncle did black out.
5. Batman ride - really fun and fast
6. Mr. Freeze - fun ride, you dangle under the rails. Its fun.
7. Flash Back - a must! its old and kind of scary looking but its fun. Lots of hoops and then you go backwards back through the hoops.
One VERY IMPORTANT thing - you MUST buy a Pink Thing while you are there! It is the Six Flags Over Texas tradition, they even sell it in stores now but its not the same. Pink Things are pink sherbert on a stick, they are cheap and when your done eating it the stick has a little cartoon character under the sherbert.
Have fun and visit the Old Horse Saloon while your there to see a fun little old town show.

Dallas has more fierce rides. S.A. has "The Rattler" "Poltergeist" "Boomerang" "Superman steel coaster"
The Looney tunes "Runaway coaster" is fun. The "Tony Hawks" coaster is Wild.
*I hate the "Scream" its like falling down an elevator

The "Frisbee" is a must, doesnt look bad but the ending part goes really fast and boy do u feel it.

I LOVE THAT PARK!!!!!!!! I used to live in texas but my parents made me move to Kentucky. Bummer, i know. The absolute best ride there is the superman so ride that first before the lines get too long. Have a great time!
